The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. The developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or redistribute the game except as permitted by applicable law and the App Store terms.
The game offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase that disables banner and full-screen ads. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices; refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policies.
Unless you buy Remove Ads, the game displays ads via Google AdMob, which may process advertising-related data. The game itself keeps no accounts and stores your progress only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
